Do you provide refunds for bounced emails?

Yes, we gladly offer refunds for HARD bounces. However, we kindly request clients to initiate refund requests within 7 days from the bounce occurrence as outlined in our terms and policies available on bizprospex.com.

Refunds are applicable only for the following types of bounces:
  1. Unknown or illegal alias
  2. Address rejected
  3. No such user here
  4. Bad destination mailbox address
  5. Rule imposed mailbox access for <email> refused: user invalid
 
​Please note that soft bounces, server unresponsiveness, or instances where the user left the job within the last 3 months do not qualify as errors on our end.
