Do you offer refunds for bounced emails?
Yes, we are happy to refund you for HARD bounces but, days decays, and for that reasons we ask clients to pls ask for refund within 7 days ( Please, read our terms and policy here bizprospex.com ).
Refund is only for these type of bounces:
if you get the following bounce error messages:
1. Unknown or illegal alias
2. Address rejected
3. No such user here
4. Bad destination mailbox address
5. Rule imposed mailbox access for <email> refused: user invalid
Soft bounce, server not responding, or if the user left the job within the last 3 months is NOT an error from our end.
